Portraits, more blue

Blue girl with strawberry blond hair -- Acrylic
My internet friend once showed me a tiny picture of herself which she had colored with different shades of blue. It was the only picture of her that I had at that time. Also she had told me that she had strawberry blond hair. The picture had a beautiful oval form, it inspired me to make this painting.

My friends were not surprised to see me painting another blue face, but they were surprised when it became a friendly looking white girl! :-)

I started making a totally blue background before I knew what I was going to make.

This picture appeared to me in a dream. There were three paintings with all the same colors hanging together, of which this was the middle one. I can't remember what the other two were.

Diagonal hair -- Acrylic
The line of the hair standing upright is continued from the line of the face.

Blue girl -- Acrylic and oil
This is a black background on wich I painted light and blue.
